Full groundworks and sub-base preparation — minimum 100mm compacted Type 1 MOT

Precision laying with consistent 3-5mm joint widths and proper 1:60 fall for drainage

Choice of pointing compounds — brush-in resin, cement slurry, or traditional mortar
